hours of deep relaxation.

If you’re familiar with this form of peaceful, guided meditation, then
you are aware of the benefits it can offer--even in a 10 minute
practice. If you’ve never experienced Yoga Nidra, you are in for a
treat!

While the foundations of Yoga Nidra have been evolving from
wisdom traditions for more than 2500 years, its benefits are
surprisingly helpful in relieving the stresses of day-to-day modern
living. New scientific research supports how Yoga Nidra facilitates
relaxation in your body, freeing it from daily tensions, chronic pain,
and anxiety disorders such as PTSD. It offers you the opportunity to
calm your mind, releasing the constant chatter and stressful
thoughts that negatively affect quality of life. And, on a deeper
level, Yoga Nidra can be a doorway to connecting with the most
authentic and peaceful part of your true nature.

This workshop includes several gentle mindful practices and
concludes with a complete Yoga Nidra experience. This form of
conscious relaxation is usually practiced lying on the floor (however,
sitting in a chair also works); mats and blankets are available.
