Work directly with Rhoda one-on-one or in a group setting to help you successfully maintain a more balanced personal and professional life.
“Professional Mentoring for Yoga Teachers and Therapists” This mentoring program is designed to help you to enhance your skills and refine your teaching. Work directly with Rhoda for a three- or six-month time period in a mentoring relationship that supports your ongoing Yoga teaching experience. Each program is uniquely based on your particular focus. Programs are suitable for newly certified 200- hour teachers or experienced teachers wishing to sharpen their skills in specific areas, including Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Gentle Yoga. Additional focus includes how to better serve populations with specific issues such as limited mobility, anxiety, depression and chronic pain. Contact Rhoda directly for more information.
“Yoga For Slow Living℠ Training and Retreat: Building a Restorative Practice” Whether you are a certified Yoga teacher wanting further training, or an advanced Yoga practitioner wishing to expand your personal practice, this five- to 20-hour training offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the benefits of Restorative Yoga. Throughout the program Rhoda will facilitate your exploration and experience of the foundations of deep relaxation, through the use of props (blankets, bolsters and yoga blocks) to support the reduction of mental, physical and emotional tension. Each participant in the group will receive a certificate of attendance, which can be used to satisfy Yoga Alliance continuing education (CE) requirements. See the schedule for the next training dates, or contact Rhoda directly to make arrangements to host a training.
