Rhoda Miriam, E-RYT
A native of Chicago, Rhoda Miriam, BS, E-RYT, has guided
yoga and meditation students since 1993. She is certified
as a professional-level Kripalu Yoga teacher,
and as a
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy practitioner.

Rhoda holds the  
Yoga Alliance  500-hour experienced
teacher designation (ERYT500)
, and has been certified by
the Arthritis Foundation and trained by the National MS
(Multiple Sclerosis) Society.
She currently trains with Richard
Miller as an iRest® Yoga Nidra teacher and with Judith
Lasater as a Relax and Renew
(TM) Restorative Yoga trainer.

Rhoda is on the faculty at the Southwest Institute of
Healing Arts (
www.swiha.edu) in Tempe, Arizona, where
she teaches Meditation courses, and where she also co-
created the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training curriculum,
and designed the YTT training manual.

In addition to offering group Yoga Nidra, Meditation and
Restorative Yoga classes, workshops and trainings, Rhoda is
available for private sessions in Yoga Therapy, guided
Meditation and relaxation therapy in person or by phone
and internet.  She is a certified Transformational Life Coach.

She created
Yoga for Slow Living as a mindful approach to
yoga
--and life!--on and off the mat.
